Our principles of design start with our ‘all encompassing service' view.

We understand that each and every project has its own challenges and needs with its success founded upon the consistency of vision running through its core. Studio Bare offers a complete full circle service from day one whether that start with helping you select a site and win over the landlord to meeting you in an existing venue you wish to transform.

We believe that you should enjoy the process as much we do from start to finish and are passionate about achieving this at every stage. Build can be stressful however with our commitment to on-site presence and a personal approach to design we aim to make it something to be excited about, a true pleasure each day.

We begin by establishing the project framework – design scope, timelines and budget. Our primary focus at this stage is on understanding our clients ideas and needs. Key activities will include but are not limited to;

In this phase of the project, every aspect of your venue will be mapped out in terms of the overriding concept – creating links between spaces, exploring the customers journey through the space at different times of the day and providing the foundations from which the project’s identity and soul will be built upon. We will deliver a selection of drawings, plans and moodboards which will become the backbone to the project.
During this stage we will leave no stone unturned, no dream unexplored, no vision left unheard. We can also provide support and resources in pitching the concept idea to your stakeholders and investors or produce a Landlord Pack to help secure the dream site.
This is where we outline your project as a whole - bringing it to life on screen through 3D renderings and CAD drawings - and in real life through detailed mood boards and sample packs to ensure every aspect fulfills your needs.
Building on your brands personality and branding, this is where we commission any bespoke elements - working closely with artisans to make our wildest concepts come to life.
Orders are placed, antiques are sourced, all specifications are wrapped up - this is a milestone moment in a project when a site goes from Construction to Fit Out and an interior really comes to life.
Taking your venue from paper to launch day, design management enables us to ensure that every detail, dream and desire is delivered. We provide an end-to-end service which culminates in a venue that you can be proud of.
From identifying the right contractors to partnering with the most cost effective, imaginative and inspirational trades and creators, our experience with different suppliers makes us the ideal partner for developing your dream into reality.
The final weeks are the most transformative on any project; we provide a regular site presence to ensure a smooth, low stress delivery of the final venue. During FF&E install the team will be on site with a hands-on attitude, working with the on-site team to style and dress the venue for opening, photo shoots and any private events.
A full snagging list will always be provided alongside an aftercare package for the first month of opening with the goal that we create a venue that is not only awe-inspiring but its functional, operationally sound and in the end - one that works for you and your team.
